The run-proof tights brand rebuilt its store on the latest Theme FullStack, 100% native. A/B tested against the old theme: +10.58% conversion rate and +11.16% revenue per visitor.
Take back control of the store
Years of add-ons made the store hard to evolve. Every offer and every promo had to go through the agency.
Unify the visual identity
Components no longer looked alike and the brand look had drifted. The store needed one consistent design system, built on native components.
Zero conversion loss
Cygnes has years of winning tests behind it. The redesign had to keep every gain, and prove it with data.
Cygnes is a well-known French DTC brand of run-proof tights, working with The Deployer for years. Its store still ran on the first version of Theme FullStack, with layers of code and add-ons bolted on outside the theme over time.
The result: components that no longer matched, a drifting visual identity, fragile translations, and an agency ticket for every new offer. The goal set with founder Axel: go back to 100% native components with as little extra code as possible, without losing a single point of conversion.
Instead of promising the redesign wouldn't hurt conversion, we A/B tested it against the old theme, 50/50, for 18 days.
The golden rule of a successful migration: don't start from scratch. We first faithfully replicated the existing setup to protect performance, then leveraged FullStack's native capabilities to eliminate friction points.

Mapping of all components, UX behaviors, and active apps. Identification of friction points and native opportunities.
Faithful reconstruction — same structure, same content, same information architecture — on the FullStack foundation.
The cart managed by a third-party app is replaced by a native FullStack component. Reduced JS conflicts and immediate performance gains.
Intelligems test from October 9 to 26, 2026: 50% of traffic on the old theme, 50% on the redesign, around 31,800 visitors per variant.
96.8% confidence, with the same trend on mobile, desktop, new and returning visitors: the redesign went live for all traffic and testing resumed on top of it.
more revenue per visitor at equal traffic
96.8% on 1,358 orders and nearly 64,000 visitors: the standard 95% threshold is cleared. The trend holds on mobile and desktop, for new and returning visitors alike.
The FullStack Theme is not a generic theme. It is 6 years of expertise condensed into a single codebase — 100% proprietary and built for performance.
Every feature is built natively into the theme. No conflicting third-party apps, no asynchronous loading, no hidden technical debt.
FullStack is 100% proprietary code — not a third-party base, not a fork. It is the culmination of 6 years of cross-functional expertise: Shopify development, CRO, UX design, A/B testing, analytics, marketing, and human psychology.
Migration empowers teams to iterate independently without external dependencies. Every FullStack update automatically enhances your store.
“We've done hundreds of redesigns, we know what it takes to keep conversion flat. On Cygnes, we put it to an A/B test: it actually went up by more than 10%.”
