Challenge 01

A very specific brand design to reproduce

Mega menu, custom image gallery, video stories, product badges, personalized collection cards — every element of the site needed specific treatment that a standard theme couldn't deliver.

Challenge 02

Replace a stack of functional apps

The cart, the stories, the categorized blog, the badges — everything relied on third-party apps. The goal was to regain technical control without losing the features.

Challenge 03

Migrate with zero SEO or UX regressions

The migration had to preserve search rankings, navigation structure and the existing product experience — while delivering a cleaner, faster result.

A theme that matches the brand's identity

Puissante had an existing theme that no longer reflected their brand identity. Custom mega menu, video stories on product pages, a specific image gallery, personalized product cards — all elements that required either apps or custom development.

With Theme FullStack, most of these features were built in natively or through lightweight extensions, with no stack of third-party apps.

lamp case study context

Puissante is an intimate wellness brand with a very strong editorial identity — the theme had to reflect it faithfully, without compromising performance.

Rebuild exactly as is.
Then make it better.

The golden rule of a successful migration: don't start from scratch. We first faithfully replicated the existing setup to protect performance, then leveraged FullStack's native capabilities to eliminate friction points.

Before

Standard theme that didn't reflect the brand

Third-party stories app (management overhead)

External product badges app

Blog without native categorization

Standard menu with no customization

Dev dependency for every visual change

After

Native FullStack mega menu

Custom logo overflowing the header

Video stories embedded in the product gallery

Badges on product images

Personalized product and collection cards

1-click checkout button in the drawer

Blog with categories

Full branding of buttons and containers

1

Comprehensive audit of the existing store

Mapping of all components, UX behaviors, and active apps. Identification of friction points and native opportunities.

2

Identical migration to FullStack

Faithful reconstruction — same structure, same content, same information architecture — on the FullStack foundation.

3

Replacing apps with native components

The cart managed by a third-party app is replaced by a native FullStack component. Reduced JS conflicts and immediate performance gains.

4

Integrating advanced media and UX features

Video stories embedded in the product gallery, badges on images, 1-click checkout button in the drawer, branded buttons and containers — every visual detail of the brand reproduced natively.

5

Final touches and client sign-off

Categorized blog, standalone breadcrumb on the FAQ, consolidated product and collection page templates, final pre-launch fixes — then sign-off by the Puissante team on December 30.

Why FullStack was the right decision

The FullStack Theme is not a generic theme. It is 6 years of expertise condensed into a single codebase — 100% proprietary and built for performance.

01

Native components = less technical friction

Every feature is built natively into the theme. No conflicting third-party apps, no asynchronous loading, no hidden technical debt.

02

6 years of expertise condensed into every line of code

FullStack is 100% proprietary code — not a third-party base, not a fork. It is the culmination of 6 years of cross-functional expertise: Shopify development, CRO, UX design, A/B testing, analytics, marketing, and human psychology.

03

Operational freedom for internal teams

Migration empowers teams to iterate independently without external dependencies. Every FullStack update automatically enhances your store.

Without technical skills

“Puissante wanted a theme that felt like them — strong visual details, a smooth cart, built-in stories. FullStack made all of it possible without stacking apps.”
